Swapna Ramaswamy

Swapna is an associate at Quasar Legal and is working on matters pertaining to general commercial contracts and intellectual property laws. She handles commercial contracts, such as, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, supply agreements. She is also involved in trademark and copyright filing and prosecution.

Prior to joining Quasar Legal, she was a litigator handling cases at the trial stage, and also consumer disputes, real estate and employment matters.

Her interests include dance and travel.
