Garima Khetan is a Senior Associate at Quasar Legal with over 6 years of experience in the corporate world as a legal advisor and company secretary. Her primary focus involves handling company compliances, from incorporation to dissolution, drafting corporate policies, general service agreements and commercial contracts management, and so on.

Garima handles various aspects of the Companies Act and related laws and provides general corporate advisory to a wide range of clients across various industries.

Prior to joining Quasar Legal, she played the role of an in-house company secretary and legal counsel for a private company where she independently handed their legal and secretarial work, which has enriched her through her professional journey.

She enjoys reading books, swimming and dancing as a part of her regular lifestyle. She is a fitness enthusiast and likes participating in fitness events.
