S.A Karthik

S.A. Karthik is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quasar Legal. He has extensive expertise in the areas of venture capital, private equity, technology contracts, general commercial law and compliance.

Karthik began his career as a litigator and then moved in-house with Sasken Communication Technologies. He then moved to Indus Law. After six years with the firm, he moved on to start Quasar Legal.  

Karthik has been a go-to lawyer for start-up entrepreneurs as well as seasoned business leaders. His range of legal experience coupled with an intuitive understanding of the needs of start-ups and mature businesses have helped set the culture at Quasar Legal. Karthik is one of the mentors at NSRCEL, IIM-B and lectures often at the Institute. He is always keen to understand the businesses of clients and assist in the setting up of legal and compliance processes.  

Singing and teaching Carnatic music have always been a passion with Karthik. He is also a keen quizzer and crossword enthusiast.
