Neethi is a Partner at Quasar Legal having over 13 years PQE, with around 6 years in-house experience in two multinational IT companies. She started her career at a full service law firm and was into private practice before she moved into in-house roles.

Neethi has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, including services agreements, outsourcing agreements, software development agreements, partnership and teaming agreements; advising SaaS, PaaS and IaaS; IOT, AI, automation, digital and blockchain. She has also advised business units across geographies (US, UK, EU, Australia).

She advises clients on pre and post incorporation agreements, general commercial transactions, outsourcing agreements, technology transfers; data protection related issues, getting clients compliant with applicable data protection laws, including drafting of internal policies, privacy and cookie policies and drafting and negotiating the requisite data protection agreements; employment and human resources’ related issues, drafting and advising on internal policies for corporate clients, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption and other compliance-related policies; commercial leases.

She advises clients across industries, works with start-ups, well established multi-national corporations, partnerships, section 8 companies, across IT, healthcare, Medtech, data analytics, fintech enterprises. She is an animal lover and enjoys going on long drives.
